DuitNow QR
Overview
When a customer wants to make a payment, the merchant provides a QR code, either generated statically or dynamically, to be scanned by said customer. Then, the customer is able to scan the code on their chosen mobile banking or e-payment application and key in the required amount. Finally, the application notifies the customer that the transaction is successful.

Merchant-Presented QR (Domestic)
Merchant displays QR either in static or dynamic mode to enable customer to scan the QR.
DuitNow Outbound Cross-Border QR enables Malaysians abroad to make payments via their mobile banking or e-payment application by scanning the merchants' QR code.
The Inward Cross-Border QR enables customers with a foreign Bank Account to make payments via their chosen mobile banking appilication by scanning the QR code generated by local merchants in Malaysia.
Credit Transfer Reversal allows the Acquirer to issue reversals to the Issuer and Customer when there's a refund request for a dispute or transaction timeout.
