Enhancing Report Retrieval via API​

In the past, report retrieval was often a manual or semi-automated process that required users to access reports through fixed formats, predefined structures, and rigid access methods. This approach posed several challenges, including limited customisation, and dependency on manual intervention.


To address these challenges, we are introducing a more flexible API-based data retrieval mechanism, which brings several key improvements:
