Overview
DuitNow Request enables Merchants/Billers to send payment requests to Customers, which appear in the Customer’s e-banking inbox (Internet or Mobile Banking). Customers can review and take action at their convenience, as the request has a longer expiry period and doesn't require immediate attention.

National Addressing Database (NAD)
The National Addressing Database (NAD) allows customers to register and manage their chosen proxy linked to a bank accounts such as a mobile number, NRIC, passport number, army number, or business registration number for easier identification and payment.

Request
DuitNow Request allows Merchants/Billers to send a payment request to Customers. Generally, the payment request will appear in the inbox of Customer’s e-banking channel (Internet Banking or Mobile Banking). Customers can then review the request and act accordingly. Note that in DuitNow Request flow, the payment request does not require immediate attention (due to a longer expiry period).
