IP & Domains

Your application must be able to access all of PayNet’s fully qualified domain names (FQDNs) for proper functionality. Depending on your setup, you may need to add these domains to your allowlist.

If your application receives webhooks from PayNet, ensure the events are coming from PayNet’s official webhook IP addresses.

You can obtain the IP and domain details through:

  • During the onboarding journey, at the relevant stage in the Developer Portal
  • Emailing us at ask@paynet.my
