1. Test details

Review test case details and review the expected results to better understand the testing process.

2. Test Execution

This guide explains how to execute a test case. Test execution may vary depending on the case, some require input values, while others do not. Refer to the examples below: MyDebit (left) and DuitNow (right).

3. Test Result

While your test is running, the simulator will process the request and display the results in the test logs. Check the logs to review the test outcome, response details, and request history this will help you troubleshoot and debug effectively.

You can download or copy the test logs for your records. Please note that log history is automatically deleted after 24 hours.

4. Test Support

If you encounter any issues during testing, you can reach out to PayNet Support for assistance. Click the “Support” button located at the bottom-right corner.

You will be directed to the Help Center support form. The form is pre-filled with your project ID and test case details, please do not remove this information, as it helps Support validate your request.

Add a clear description of your scenario and submit the form to PayNet Support.
